We are pleased to announce that we have reached our 11th anniversary since opening in November 2016.
Since opening, our aim has been to create a restaurant where customers can enjoy carefully selected ingredients from Hokkaido at local Hokkaido prices.
We will continue to strive to ensure that residents of Aichi Prefecture, including those who are "Hokkaido residents" living in Aichi, can enjoy the flavors of Hokkaido. Thank you for your continued support.

A luxurious Genghis Khan dish featuring high-quality lamb sourced from Hokkaido, slowly grilled over charcoal in a shichirin (small charcoal grill).
